#114: Get tech at the right height
If you are purchasing a new technology that has a screen or keyboard that patrons need to interact with, put it the right height from the floor. The ADA requires the ‘operable parts’ of an interactive device to be between 15” and 48” from the floor. This includes everything from self-check touchscreens to the string hanging off the bottom of your projector screen.
