#71: Check the condition and design of your stairs

Take a look at any staircases in your building. What kind of shape are the carpet and treads in? Are there spots that are slippery? Are there hand rails? Also, what colors are used? High contrast colors are much more helpful to people with limited vision than ones with little range.
