#67: Be flexible about names

What are you going to do if a trans person would like to use their preferred name on their library card even if that doesn’t match their state-issued ID? Changing an official identification document is a big hurdle—would your library be able to implement a rule that you will use whatever the patron requests as the first name on their account?
